Wolff Water Heaters sent a tech out the next day to fix a leaky tankless water heater and they did a great job. The technician figured out the problem, got the parts and did the repairs in a couple hours and the leak is fixed. Really good job overall, I'd use them again.

When my hot water heater failed, I needed to used a licensed plumber, rather than do the work myself, in order to receive the cash out option from the home warranty company.  Searching for someone led me to Adam (the owner), and revealed just how rare a find he is for this type of work.  He's an honest, straight shooter who shows up on time, does quality work, and cares about what he does.  Holly works in the office and was prompt to return calls and get information I requested about various things while I was researching.  On top of all that, they appear to offer the most competitive pricing.  It's great to be able to support a local family business like Wolff Water Heaters.

I called this morning to set up a time for an estimate on repairing our backyard faucet and Holly promptly called me back to set it up and was able to schedule it same day even though I mentioned it wasn’t urgent. Adam came out and looked at our faucet. It turns out the water valve had been turned off to the water supply (I guess my husband didn’t realize it was in the off position, yes we’re those people 🤦‍♀️). I was so embarrassed but Adam was very nice and even spent time checking out our hot water heater and helped me locate our main water shut off (we recently bought the house and were trying to find it). Ends up our best bet is shutting it off from the water meter and he told us what type of tool/key to buy to do this ourselves. His estimate for replacing our water heater (when the time comes) was also $300 lower than an estimate we had been given by another company we used for some other work. We will definitely be calling Wolff Wager Heaters with any future needs. Hands down the most prompt and professional experience and this visit did not cost anything.
